Notice on Releasing the Measures for Overseas Special Participants Management of Dalian Commodity Exchange and Amendments to the Relevant Rules

To entities concerned:

In order to satisfy the relevant business needs of opening specified domestic futures products of Dalian Commodity Exchange to the Overseas Special Participants, the Exchange has formulated the Measures for Overseas Special Participants Management of Dalian Commodity Exchange, and amended the relevant provisions of 17 rules including the Measures for Trading Management of Dalian Commodity Exchange (see attachments). Upon discussion and approval of the Board of Governors and filing with the China Securities Regulatory Commission, the formulated and amended rules are hereby released and will come into effect on the date of promulgation. The schedule for the Overseas Special Participants business shall be separately notified by the Exchange.

This notice is hereby released.

关于发布《大连商品交易所境外特殊参与者管理办法》和相关规则修正案的通知

各有关单位：

为满足我所境内特定品种期货交易引入境外特殊参与者相关业务需要，根据《期货交易管理条例》《期货交易所管理办法》等有关法规和规章，我所制定了《大连商品交易所境外特殊参与者管理办法》，并对《大连商品交易所交易管理办法》等17部规则中的相关规定（详见附件）进行了修改，经大连商品交易所理事会审议通过，并报告中国证监会，现予以发布，自发布之日起实施。境外特殊参与者业务受理具体时间由交易所另行通知。
