Number of filings for private equity fund products has increased significantly from the Nov. 2021

Since November, the number of filings for private equity fund products has increased significantly from the previous month. According to statistics from the website, as of November 21, private equity funds have filed a total of 2,277 new products this month, of which securities private equity funds have filed 1,703 products, an increase of 72.89% and 70.81% respectively from the previous month.
The main force for filing in November is tens of billions of private placements and medium-sized private placements. Abama Assets has filed a total of 27 products since November, followed by 26 products filed by Qilin Investment for tens of billions of quantitative private equities.
Specifically, most of the products filed by Abama Assets this month have subjective long strategy, from the perspective of the filing direction, in November, Qilin Investment focused on CSI 1000 index enhanced product, and a total of 19 related strategies have been filed. The rest of the newly filed products of Qilin Investment mostly have quantitative long positions.
