Lu Dongsheng, general manager of Zhengzhou Commodity Exchange, stated at the 17th China (Shenzhen) International Futures Conference in 2021 on December 5 that the international influence of China's pricing is reflected in the futures market. It is that domestic and foreign companies actively use futures prices as a pricing benchmark or important reference for domestic and foreign trade activities. In the next step, ZCE will vigorously promote the development and listing of filament and other polyester industry chain products. Together with cotton and cotton yarn, it forms the world's most complete series of textiles from plant fibers to chemical fibers, promotes the construction of a textile raw material pricing center, and helps enhance the international influence of China's textile industry.

Lu Dongsheng said that in the context of increasing opening up to the outside world, futures prices such as PTA, methanol, rapeseed meal, etc. have become the "vane" of related international industries. In October of this year, ZCE’s corporate client holdings accounted for 64%, a year-on-year increase of 12%. More than 85% of domestic key sugar groups, more than 80% of large and medium-sized cotton trading companies, more than 90% of PTA production and trading companies, and more than 80% of polyester companies use futures prices to guide production and operation and avoid price risks.

Focusing on green and low-carbon development, Lu Dongsheng stated that he will accelerate the research and development of green and low-carbon derivatives, continue to optimize and improve the contract rules related to the "carbon peak and carbon neutral" policy, improve the energy-saving and environmental protection requirements of delivery grades, packaging and warehousing, and gradually realize the green upgrade of products already on the market. And promote the research and development of futures derivatives such as shipping capacity and weather index, and build a diversified and serialized green derivatives system.

郑商所总经理鲁东升：推动纺织原料定价中心建设

郑州商品交易所总经理鲁东升12月5日在2021年第17届中国（深圳）国际期货大会上表示，中国定价的国际影响力体现在期货市场，就是境内外企业积极利用期货价格，作为国内外贸易活动的定价基准或重要参考。下一步，郑商所将大力推进长丝等聚酯产业链品种研发上市工作，与棉花、棉纱一起，从植物纤维到化学纤维，形成全球最齐全的纺织品种系列，推动纺织原料定价中心建设，助力提升我国纺织产业的国际影响力。

鲁东升表示，在对外开放程度日益提升的背景下，PTA、甲醇、菜粕等期货价格已经成为国际相关行业的“风向标”。今年10月，郑商所法人客户持仓占比64%，同比提高12个百分点，国内85%以上的重点制糖集团，80%以上的大中型棉花贸易企业，90%以上的PTA生产、贸易企业和80%以上的聚酯企业，利用期货价格指导生产经营、规避价格风险。

聚焦绿色低碳发展，鲁东升表示，加快推进绿色低碳衍生品研发和布局，持续优化完善“双碳”政策相关品种的合约规则，完善交割品级、包装仓储等环节的节能环保要求，逐步实现已上市产品的绿色化升级。推进航运运力、天气指数等期货衍生品研发，构建多元化、系列化的绿色衍生品体系。（宋薇萍 陈雨康）
