Market review:

China stock market continued the rally from the previous week, closed at 2938.52, boosted by expectation of Fed and BOJ into more easing policy setting, by the late of this week.

Research Notes:

Snow storms, in both China and US during the week end, with new vow to de-capacity in coal production by China gov, boosted energy prices and the stocks of energy sectors, at least for the short term.   Money flowed into Mining, Steel producers and Petrochemicals, with Sinogeo, an oil exploration firm, led the rally.  Though we expected some profit taking before the CB policy meetings this week as SHA approaching 3000 threshold, the global macro setting and holiday sentiment, in our opinions, are still pros for a mild recovery for China equity market, maybe beyond the spring festival vacation.
