Market review:

China stocks stabilized after over 6% slump yesterday, and closed at 2767.21. Investors had been lectured by PBOC chief Zhou on how China Gov can maintain the econ growth and evade more market turmoil, despite regulators from other G20 nations show less interest to boost the growth with unconventional measures.

Research Notes:

Money flowed into Petroleum, Textile and Transportation sectors, with Shenyang Petrochemical (000698.sz) rallied to limit-up, with gov supported the upgrade of oil products.

Though Zhou of PBOC tried his best to stabilize the market, we didn’t expect further bullish output from G20, such as a cooperated stimulus plan. Disagreement on macro strategies are more likely, yet we also don’t recommend to short too much when SHA under 2800 for there could be some bullish surprise from People’s Congress, as we speculated, for now.
