Market review:

China stocks fell for the second day as Gov curb the property overheating and investors selling before Yellen Speech on Tuesday.

Research Notes:

Money outflowed from Pharmaceuticals, Power Generation and Ship Building the most. Wedge Corp, a real estate developer, rallied to limit-up for increased sales perspective in tier 3~4 cities.

The restriction of home buying policies issued for tier 1 cities had cooled the bull run of commodities, especially for iron ore and rebar, which may well past its peaks of price for the year. And the dump of cyclical assets could last longer if Yellen reconfirm her stance to hike the rates in the 1H. As SHA falling towards 2900 threshold,   we recommended investors to seek some bargain in non-cyclical sectors, such as consumer staples and health care, which could be  less risky bets compared to very volatile cyclical stocks.
