Along with the deepening of the two-way opening of the capital market, promoting and deepening cross-border transactions has become an increasing demand for enterprise risk management. Wang Yamei, deputy general manager of Zhengzhou Commodity Exchange, said on the 1st that ZCE will continue to take various measures to create more positive and favorable conditions for cross-border transactions.
China (Zhengzhou) International Futures Forum Preheating Forum was held in Zhengzhou on the afternoon of the 1st. Wang Yamei said at the forum that China's futures market will continue to optimize institutional rules and procedures and expand the scope of specific varieties on the basis of the introduction of three specific varieties last year and the development of cross-border trading momentum.
According to reports, ZCE attaches great importance to cross-border transactions. In recent years, in promoting the opening-up of specific varieties, PTA futures overseas participation has steadily increased. At present, the number of overseas traders has reached 115, and the average daily trading volume of overseas traders has stabilized at about 8%. In product delivery, ZCE actively promotes the delivery of overseas brands. Take PTA as an example, there are currently a total of 27 deliverable brands. Among them, there are 8 overseas brands; in bonded delivery, methanol and PTA have already realized bonded delivery in Zhangjiagang Bonded Zone of Jiangsu Province and Nansha Zone of Guangdong Free Trade Zone.
In addition, Zhengzhou Yisheng Information Technology Co., Ltd., a wholly-owned subsidiary of ZCE, provides technical services for more than 80% of Chinese-funded futures companies in Hong Kong by providing global market trading system software and building global routing ecological network. With Shanghai, Hong Kong and Zhengzhou as the center, Zhengzhou takes the new technology as the core. With Singapore and Chicago as branches, we build a global routing ecological network, which connects large brokers and 17 mainstream exchanges abroad to provide cross-border trading services for investors.

Wang Yamei said that ZCE is actively studying overseas traders' participation in domestic commodity futures and options markets in the form of QFII and RQFII, and further exploring diversified ways of opening up to the outside world. At the same time, we will continue to make preparations for the introduction of QFII and RQFII rules and business linkages; continue to study and explore other opening-up paths; continue to join mainstream international organizations and sign memorandums of understanding with more overseas exchanges; and continue to maintain close ties through overseas exhibitions, teaching and publicity, visits and exchanges, research and learning to expand influence.

郑商所：为跨境交易创造更积极有利条件

伴随着资本市场双向开放的深入，推进和深化跨境交易，成为企业日益增长的风险管理需求。郑州商品交易所副总经理王亚梅1日表示，郑商所将继续采取各种措施，为跨境交易创造更加积极有利的条件。
1日下午，2019中国（郑州）国际期货论坛预热论坛在郑州召开。王亚梅在论坛上表示，我国期货市场在去年推出3个特定品种且跨境交易势头发展良好的基础上，将不断优化制度规则流程，继续扩大特定品种范围。
据介绍，郑商所高度重视跨境交易工作。近年来，在推进特定品种对外开放方面，PTA期货境外参与度稳步提高，目前境外交易者数量达到115个，境外交易者日均交易量占比稳定在8%左右；在产品交割方面，郑商所积极推进境外品牌交割，以PTA为例，目前共有可交割品牌27个，其中就有8个境外品牌；在保税交割方面，甲醇、PTA已经实现在江苏张家港保税区、广东自贸区南沙片区的保税交割。
此外，在跨境交易技术支持方面，郑商所全资子公司郑州易盛信息技术有限公司通过提供全球市场交易系统软件，搭建全球路由生态网络等方式，为80%以上的在港中资期货公司提供技术服务，以上海、香港、郑州为中心，以新加坡、芝加哥为分支，搭建全球路由生态网络，连接境外大型经纪商、17家主流交易所，为投资者提供跨境交易服务。
王亚梅表示，郑商所正在积极研究境外交易者以QFII和RQFII形式参与境内商品期货和期权市场，进一步探索多元化的对外开放路径。同时，继续做好引入QFII及RQFII的规则和业务衔接准备工作；继续研究探索其他对外开放路径；继续加入主流国际组织，与更多境外交易所签署谅解备忘录；继续通过境外设展、投教宣传、互访交流、研修学习等方式，密切联系、扩大影响。
