Market review:

China stocks generally stay stable before Q1 GDP release Friday, while index futures run weaker and lager fluctuation.

Research Notes:

Money flowed into Motorcycle, Hotel and Cement sectors the most. Beijing Hualian Group(000882.sz), a retailer rallied to limit-up for its cooperation with CITIC group.

As investors mostly have a positive expectation for Friday macro data, including GDP Q1, Industrial Production, Fixed Asset Investment, Retail Sales, to be released in a NBS press conference, we believed the current momentum can go on for one or two more weeks. Some profit taking before the week end is also expected, but we maintained our bullish view for the mid-term, until either Fed or PBOC shifting its current policy.
